Of all the vegetables, the humble Potato is a favorite in my house. Did you know you could incorporate potatoes into your skincare? So rich in vitamins, minerals & enzymes that they help:

When cooking with potatoes, try this out. Let the potato juice relax on your skin for about 15 minutes before washing off.
